注册主任办公室和记录

成绩单可按要求提供。

金博宝188入口派克州立学院根据合法请求发布目录信息。目录信息定义为学生的姓名、出生日期、就读的学期、最近就读的学校、主要学习领域以及获得的学位和奖励。为了防止这些信息被泄露,学生可以向招生服务中心提交隐私法案请求。

所有在派克州立学院上课的学生都被认为是独立的,因此,除非学生向招生服金博宝188入口务中心授权《FERPA学生同意书》,否则不会向家长、其他人或机构提供目录信息以外的信息。


除上述资料外,未经书面同意,一般不会向公众公布任何资料的文字记录。学院根据联邦法规向美国政府的相关代表公布记录和账目。此外,某些州官员可能有权从学生记录中获取信息。

Academic Renewal (prev. Academic Fresh Start)<\/p>\n

The Academic Renewal policy (ES4-82) allows former Pikes Peak State College students, who did not meet satisfactory academic standards, to apply for the exclusion of failed credits (grades of D, F, or U) from the calculation of the grade point average. Failing grades are not removed from the academic record; they are excluded from the GPA calculation. Failing grades cannot be used to satisfy the requirements for completion of a degree or certificate. Students may declare and\/or change a program of study at anytime during the term in which they are enrolled. Before submitting the form below to the Enrollment Services Office, students are strongly encouraged to meet with an academic advisor in the Advising & Testing Office and the Financial Aid Office to discuss the impact changing a course of study will have on an educational plan. Students changing programs of study must meet graduation requirements of the catalog in effect at the time of the change.<\/p>\n

I understand that by changing my course of study (degree\/certificate), I am responsible for meeting graduation requirements for the catalog in effect for the term in which the change is processed. I am also responsible for understanding that changing my course of study (degree\/certificate) may impact my financial aid\/VA benefits eligibility and award. Transfer credit may need to be re-evaluated, requiring a new Transcript Re-Evaluation Request to be completed. <\/p>\n

Requests to change majors can only take effect in current and future semesters. If we receive a submission for a semester after the deadline, we will make the update to the following\/upcoming semester. The deadlines for major changes are as follows<\/strong>:<\/p>\n
